This will be short. I've just completed a very challenging appraisal of a 6,100 sf home in Fremont. High values make me nervous and so much is at stake.
Had a super day, Keanna came for afternoon, feeling 80% but right now I'm totally exhausted and I have to climb out at 6 am as I have to research a day with 5 inspections tomorrow.
Thankful for life.
