Plugging along

Up early to walk early this morning.

Then to the hospital for labs, results are not all in yet but they look pretty good so far.

Eye examine for results of diabetes, no problems found

Finally lunch, salad at the café at the hospital, so ready after a 12 hour fast.  Tasted extra good.

Then see a home in Antioch, then go home for office work, then drive to Livermore to see a property, the dinner at Subway, flatbread with garden burger, yum.

Now home, computer slow, Jim works on it and it now flies again.

Now bed time.
