Sabbath School was exciting today

One never knows about Sabbath School in Tracy, often Kallie is the only child but today we might have got there first but it sure ended differently.  Since the pianist was out of town in Denver I agreed to step in.  Kim started the program and almost immediately Angel and her family arrived, then another precious family arrived with several children, then the nice lady that came last week with her two well mannered kiddos, then Jackie came and she is always fun, then a little boy came in, we ended up with a very big gathering and it was just wonderful.  Two birthdays were celebrated, and normal parts of the program had to be done twice to let all the kids take part.  Kallie watched it all from a little chair next to the piano and took part, had fun and was very ready when it was snack time.

Once we pulled away Jason texted to ask what we were doing, I told him we had no plans but could meet for lunch, so we set out after a stop at Starbucks for a children's hot chocolate for Kallie in her special little STarbucks mug.  We drove to Milpitas where we met them at El Torito or something like that.  We all enjoyed our food, thought the background music was pretty loud.  We then followed them home where we picked up a huge box of toys that were no longer needed by the kids, Nikki is preparing to take things to the Twin's Sale that is coming up fast.  Kallie ran my phone dead several times today and we would charge it back using the cord and my new radio which among other things will charge phones and ipods.  Isn't it just great.

So late afternoon I finally delivered Kallie home to her loving parents and I drifted on home.

I've just come from the movies, saw a Bruce Willis movie about a battle in Russia between good and evil, no wonder kids love guns, must have been a couple hundred people shot in that movie or blown up.  It was on IMAX and very exciting to watch, I love to see Bruce Willis in action after all these years.  This is not a chick flick at all.

I have to be in Stockton at a property at 8:30 in the morning, so its really time to head to bed.  This was the only possible time they could see me so I'll be there and then find breakfast someplace.

Sending love to all,

Tim
