Helping hands

First off I just want to express gratitude for your helping hands with Seth, MBA student.  While more help is needed a special thanks to those who have responded so far,  you have made a huge difference in a young person's life.

This has been an epic day.  I crawled out at 6 and started work a few minutes later.  I set up orders, did research and at 11:20 we left in the little Civic for Petaluma.  Our trip was enjoyable and we arrived on time.  I found a very nice remodeled home.  Once we were through we located a Burger King for vege burger and salad.  Then we headed for Napa and once again arrived on time, in fact early enough that I grabbed a tiny nap.

The home was built in 1957 and in such great updated condition.  He is from England and enjoys his work in the vineyards for three different wineries.  Comps were hard to find for this home which is located in the older section of Napa.  Once we were through we set the GPS for Dublin and encountered some traffic as we made our way.  We arrived on time in Dublin where I found a very appealing condo in a huge 800 unit complex built by the Toll Brothers.  The little place had crown moldings, granite and stainless steel, high quality appliances and even had a fireplace.  The owner was a long distance bike rider and had several really great bikes in the living room.  I don't think he had an ounce of fat anywhere on his body.

Once we were through the sun had set and we turned for home.  Since the fuel light was on we found a station at the Livermore end of Vasco road where fuel was only $3.54 a gallon.  Upon filling the tank I made the happy discovery that we had obtained 35.9 mpg.  Not bad at all.  Now we are home, tired and heading to sleep, a much deserved sleep.  I think Marilyn is catching up on General Hospital which the DVR captured for her.

Tomorrow is a huge write up day, got to finish about 4 or else tomorrow.  So thankful for work.

Love to all,

Tim
