It all started at 6 this morning and now its 9:45 pm. I've written a full report, did research for 4 properties, driven to San Jose, inspected a nice place with challenging owner, then driven to San Leandro with a brief stop at Starbucks, such a good stop, then from San Leandro fought traffic to Berkeley hills where the home was beautiful, the owner a gifted artist with a chain of studios for her art, then after shooting 8 comps I headed to Martinez and had solid traffic the whole way. That home was stunningly perfect on an acre and when I left there it was getting dark, then traffic again until Antioch where I stopped at Olive Garden for soup and salad, perfect break, then back into less traffic for the trip to Safeway and then home. How Good God is for his Safety, guidance and opportunities to display kindness to the homeowners.
Now its bed time, so tired, and tomorrow is back at it again until late afternoon when it all stops and I get to take Kallie to a part in Livermore while Keanna is with her mother at BooVille at the school. Fun stuff to get to be with family so often.
