Pressure

Good evening,
Pardon my being brief.  I've been at this since 7 this morning, have written reports, have done research, have inspected a 3 acre property in San Ramon with horses, huge St Bernards, attack geese and miles of driving to located comps that might work.  Then a made race to Hayward to see a house where they have converted the garage and build another garage at the back of the property, problem is with the garage as living area it makes the house bigger than any other in the neighborhood so the only ones that are the same size are much newer two story homes, lousy comps.

Then I get home and find three sets of revisions to reports I just sent out, each will take up to an hour.  I don't have an hour to give them as I will be in San Anselmo at 10 in the morning.  So it all adds up to a bit of stress and strain.  If all the lenders would just get together and agree on what rules they want followed, but no each writes their own rules and then changes them all the time.  Very challenging to keep up with the industry right now.  How I long for the good old days when we just had to please the underwriters, now we have all these half witted failed appraisers who nit pick everything.  Oh to be able to retire!

It was a beautiful day outside, loved walking the grounds of the place in San Ramon, in the hills with everything green.

Love to all

Tim
