Mustard Inn

Good evening friend and family,

To having just heard from Jason by email from Spain and from Nikki by text and phone call the world seems better.  Jason and Jo are feeling the distance from their little ones, they are literally a world apart right now.  Nikki and the girls have been wearing themselves out at Disneyland today so with little sleep they are getting tired.  Yet it sounded like they were having a good time.  Jason reported that their flight over went very well and the tour group upgraded their hotels throughout the trip so they are enjoying comfort and safety.  He says they have a great tour leader who knows his stuff and does leading all the time.

Meanwhile I've been working in today and getting used to eating a lot less food than in the old days.  Ken and walked this morning and that allowed me to plug in the calories spent walking which made the menu a little larger today.  Now just back from having Subway with Lois, they had soup and the little 6 inch sandwish was so good.  I have about 175 calories left at this point for the day.  I found that boiled eggs have very little calories as does wheat bread and avocado is really low when used a little at a time.  The bread for the sub was a hit at over 200 calories but its wheat and worth it.

Now I'm back and ready to keep working on appraisals, tomorrow is promising to be a big day in the field and Sunday I have to drive to Pollock Pines to see a place for a private individual.

Well thought I would jump on this early tonight and then go back to work.

Love
