Worn out

I rolled out at 5:30 this morning and have not stopped since.

First home in Livermore was nice, big and was inspected at 9 am.

Then back to Dublin tract for reinspection and chat with Diana, great sales office leader.

Time to visit CostCo for paper, apples, cat food and dishwashing little capsules for the machine.

Then to Burger King for lunch, the to Ruby Hill to see a huge one, 4700 sf and came around the corner to find another appraiser measuring away as well.  Seems they need two appraisals on this one since value is nearly 1.76 million dollars.  Very nice, owner was gracious and pleasant, home was perfect and had nice touches.

Then to a second very nice home in Pleasanton but this one had a floor plan from a prior appraisal, that helped a great deal, perfect pool and landscaping, very nice.

Now its getting close to the end of the day, race to Castro Valley and arrive on time, sweet school teacher lady, nice little house, got the last photo before darkness.

Hungry and an hour from home at 5 pm, bad traffic time so I sought out a favorite Italian place, super food, great prices and always clean and nice. Rigatoni's, I would recommend it.  I had a salad and pasta with Marinara, mushrooms, and plum sauce.  Great food.

Now I'm home and was very glad to back into the garage.

God is good to us, He does not promise us a lot of things we would like to happen, like someone to love but He does watch over us and grants us His precious salvation.

Love to all,

Tim
