Excellent day

Good evening,

After a very long work day I'm home and settled.  I wrote an appraisal this morning for a Manteca property, then drove to Pleasant Hill to see a 4000 sf home on 1.5 acres right in the middle of town.  The comps are all over for that one, then a driveby of a ranchette in Martinez and the comps are all over again.

Then it was a regular house in Pleasant Hill and that one went well.  Then it was a visit to a Lazy Boy store to see if our love seat can be repaired.  Interesting visit.  They had the couch and love seat plus our recliner in their records, the couch and love seat were purchased in 2001, they are a bit old.

They will give you the part you need but the visit from the tech to install it is $99 plus $99 an hour.  Might just pass on that one.

Then it was on to Livermore to see yet another property and finally traffic filled roads all the way to Big Al's where I met Marilyn and we had dinner.

So busy day, lots of success and personal satisfaction thrown in.
